In the lecture, the professor introduces the features of locations for building observatory. The first point he mentions is to keep the observatory away from the air pollution. The professor explains that if the observatory is built far away from the city, there will be no other light sources to influence the observing result. The second factor is humidity. The professor gives an example. If an observatory is built in the desert, the observation equipment will not be easily affect by humidity because of the dry climate in the dessert. Thus, the observation result will be more correct. (98 words)
