思路提示：
1.此话题涉及Modern Technology，要你描述手机是如何改变人们的生活的。题干的关键点在于how，在描述时要围绕着手机给人们生活带来的影响方面来展开。
2.一方面，手机使世界变得更小了，人们之间的联系更加便捷。另外一方面，手机可以帮助人们提升工作效率，从而节省时间做更多的事情。

❶ Well, if you ask me how cell phones change people’s lives, I would like to say something as follows. ❷ On one hand, it makes the world a smaller one. ❸ In the past, when a family or a friend was overseas, it was less likely to keep in touch with him or her. But today, thanks to the development of modern technology, with the help of online communication tools, we can talk whenever and wherever we want. ❹ Moreover, it improves work efficiency and thus saves time, because people stop traveling for long distance. ❺With the help of cellphone, people from different areas can hold meetings, have classes or even work together. And people, in any place in the world, are thus contactable.
