Undoubtedly, the information in the lecture is totally different from or even contrary to the ideas in the reading passage.
It is obvious that the main idea of the lecture is that 听力Topic. One point made by the professor is that 听力反驳观点1. 听力论证细节. Then, the professor continues to his/her second point: 听力反驳观点2. The example/evidence/theory he/she gives here is that 听力论证细节. In addition, there is another important point in the lecture. 听力观点3. What's more, the professor reinforces his/her idea by stating that 听力论证细节.
On the other hand, the reading passage seems to focus on the idea that 阅读Topic. It starts with 阅读观点1 and then gives several examples/details of 阅读观点2. Furthermore, the author provide another idea that 阅读观点3 to make his/her argument reasonable.
In summary, the lecture is a complete departure from the reading passage because the former reveals a hidden aspect of 听力Topic that the latter fails to see.
