There are a copies of files entrepreneurs should prepare for potential investors. The first document is business plan. It’s a copy as thick as a book, containing specific business plans, the crew, and other relevant information investors want to see. But most of times, investors are too busy to read such a thick book, so we need the second document, executive summary. It’s a vital factor to decide whether to read the business plan, and thus is deciding. The executive summary should be as appealing as possible. For example, the professor has a friend who runs an office furniture store. In the past, few people wanted to read his business plan. But after reading the executive summary, more investors want to see his business plan and he has got more investments. (131 words)
