3、尝试不同的工作有助于让年轻人真正确立自己未来方向，有助于职业定位和最终的关注，从而成功。

1、年轻人还年轻，心态不够成熟，多种不同工作容易滋生浮躁的情绪，反而无法知道自己究竟想要什么。
2、不容易积累社交人脉，因为一个行业基本就是一个人际圈。
3、有时候转了一圈才发现自己的兴趣点还是以前从事的某份工作，但是荒废的时间和精力已经不容许你再回去了。
There are as many jobs for young people as there are for experienced professionals. Some argue that it is unworthy of somebody's time to do different jobs before seriously setting out on a career. But some say that though it may take some time, its advantages outweigh the disadvantages if you we think deeply. I am in favor of the latter, because we are too immature to make life-defining decisions unless we are given a long time to take every factor into consideration.
First of all, taking different job positions allows us to personally see every shade of the gray. For example, in a company, to truly understand how the system works, we have to understand markeing, sales, accounting, supply chain, and after-sale services. Trying different roles allows a young person to deeply and sophisticatedly comprehend what it takes to succeed in career.
Second, maturity is key to career success in today's competitive job hunting environment. Maturity means letting down one's ego, setting aside one's prejudices, and working and achieving together with others in spite of differences. Research has shown that new college graduates do not achieve much of anything not because of incompetency, but to a great extent, of immaturity, which is a phase which passes through the learning process of working through the challenges of different jobs. In this, it is fair for us to say that to be best prepared for a long-term career, try multiple jobs.
Though we do not deny that staying in one job will bring about, along with a stable suppy of cash, a feeling of certainty. This superiority, however, is overshadowed by its drawbacks. Staying in one job long-time kills one's enthusiasm. By dealing with the same problems, coping with the same difficulties, and speaking with the same people, every young person's enthusiasm, which is extremely important to young people, is dampened. What's more, not having enough experience makes young people's scope limited, blinkered, and often narrow.
Putting all factors above into consideration, I conclude that try diverse jobs before one decides which career he/ she pursues in the long run is a plausible act.
