I would rather save it. There are some reasons for my choice. Firstly, proper money investment brings yields. Accumulated amount of money at least benefit us in the manner of bank interest and if it is put in specific funds, the yields double or triple. Secondly, savings are a form of good preparation for uncertainties. For example, when one family is sick in hospital or we need to buy a piece of expensive product, this is where our savings are spent. And this is exactly what most people lacking sense of security are thinking of.
