I feel really annoyed when someone smoking in the public without considering the feelings of others. It is rude and I think most non-smokers hold the same opinion as I do. Firstly, the behaviour ruins the surroundings, doing harm to the non-smokers. This is what we call second-hand smoking, which will threaten the health of the weak and young, especially the infants. And what’s more, the non-smokers are forced to take in the nicotine, which is a violation of human rights. Moreover, the behaviour has broken the regulations. As the authority has realized the negative influence smoking has over the health of the public, smoking is forbidden in public areas. However, when a number of smokers remain ignorant to the regulation, there should be measures taken to stop it.
