Whenever opening the floppy pages, turning on the television or logging onto the internet, extensive press coverage flash in public sight concerning about which is the fantasy way you will choose to make new friends? You have three options, joying a sports team or participate in community activities or across the traveling. According to the problem, the number of ways to make new friends for students has reached the peak during the recent 20 years, and undoubtedly has the tendency of further increasing. As for me, I'll choose the option A, join a sports team to make new friends.
If two persons can establish a relationship of friend, in most cases, they must have similar hobbies or the same interests. For example, Andy, a friend of mine, currently he lives in U.S. His major is fine art and he graduated from Iowa State University also he is a member of the design college soccer team. I remember that when I ask him why do you take part in the basketball team rather than participate in community activities. He replied that we have plenty of stress in our daily campus life. Join a sports team can make me release my pressure and improve my physical healthy. And it is significant to me that we have to increase the number of teamwork projects to practice, then we could familiar with each other and we could have a better ability to work with others. Furthermore, we also have the same hobbies and same topics to make us communicate with each other and then we can construct mutual understanding. Finally, we should become friends. It is undoubtedly that we have the same interests, however everyone has a different background. We could learn from each other and it broaden our horizon.
Not only the same hobbies are the most significant part to establish a new friendship but also honest, ability to cooperate or whether one person has responsibility is the crucial part of friendship. I also remember that when I was a member of the college basketball team. In my senior year, our team enter the school basketball final game. We do have one goal to win the championship before the final match start. However, at the end of the match we lose because we have fallen behind 2 points to our opponent and we have the ball possession but our captain miss the last shot. End of the match he call all teammates together and he said that he has a responsibility to this matter and thanks to your guys trust. Although we miss the championship, but we also have a deeply mutual trust and we also connect with each other after we graduate.
In conclusion, take part in a sports team is beneficial for making new friends. Because it can refresh our mind and release stress and it good for our physical health also lose weight. It is achieve many things at one stroke. I think its better than other two options.
