Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: it's more effective to work with a group when everyone has their responsibilities and duties?
When everyone in a team can behave themselves and take respective responsibilities and duties, I think it is effective to work in a group. There are some reason. First of all, a team brings in a multiple of skills and knowledge necessary for a complex tasks. Take a company for example. There are HRs who are focusing on fitting qualified individuals into respective positions. There is also administration department which concentrates on a great varieties of details in the company. Furthermore, the disadvantage of one member might be perfectly made up by another member. For example, men are good at energetic work in contrast to women who are physically weak but particular with details.
